Van Metropolitan Municipality will organize a kite festival on April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which organizes various activities to contribute to the social and cultural development of children and young people, will organize a kite festival event on April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 12:30 pm in the Old Van City (behind Van Castle) area.

Kite Artist Zahit Mungan will participate in the event and kites will be distributed to children free of charge.

All Van people, especially children, are invited to the Kite Festival.
