ASPHALT AND MAINTENANCE-REPAIR WORK BY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

Van Metropolitan Municipality continues its hot asphalt and road maintenance and repair works across the city.

The teams of the Metropolitan Municipality Road Construction, Maintenance and Repair Department, which continues to work to make the road network in the city more useful, carried out asphalt paving work on Kültür 4th Street in Halilağa Neighborhood of İpekyolu District.

On the street, which is approximately 600 meters long, the sub-base material was laid and hot asphalt was laid with the administrative workforce of the municipality.

Approximately one thousand 4 tons of hot asphalt was used on the street, which was completed with two days of work.

The work on the street, which is under the responsibility of the District Municipality and upon the request of the citizens, was completed upon the instruction of Van Governor and Acting  Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Ozan Balcı, and the residents of the neighborhood thanked Governor Ozan Balcı and the Metropolitan Municipality for the work.

On the other hand, road maintenance, repair and patching works carried out by Van Metropolitan Municipality throughout the city since the beginning of the season continue uninterruptedly.
