TEAMS WERE INFORMED ABOUT STRAY ANIMALS
Van Metropolitan Municipality organized a training seminar
for street animal collection teams in 13 districts. During the seminar, the
teams were told one by one about the collection of stray animals and the
processes after they are brought to the animal care center.
Animal care and rehabilitation teams from 13 districts
participated in the training organized by the Department of Veterinary Affairs
at the Animal Care House.
At the meeting, veterinarians gave various information to
the teams about collecting stray animals.
It was stated that the collected animals should be
sensitively recorded by the teams from the moment they are collected, such as
the stages they go through, whether they have a disease or not, whether they
are anesthetized or not.
Veterinarians, who also stated that it is necessary to be
sensitive and sensitive during the collection phase, warned everyone about the
follow-up of stray animals in their areas of responsibility.
