VAN METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY WILL PROVIDE SLAUGHTERHOUSE SERVICES IN 6 DISTRICTS DURING THE SACRIFICE FEAST

Van Metropolitan Municipality will open slaughterhouses in six districts to enable citizens to fulfill their sacrificial worship in hygienic, healthy and safe conditions for the 2025 Eid al-Adha. Slaughtering operations will be carried out in accordance with Islamic procedures under the supervision of expert butchers and veterinarians.

In the statement made by the Metropolitan Municipality Department of Enterprises and Affiliates, it was stated that sacrifice slaughtering will be carried out in full compliance with hygiene rules without harming the environment, and it was emphasized that the slaughterhouses will serve with an appointment system.

- Cattle 2.500 TL

Authorities advised citizens to contact the relevant slaughterhouses in advance and make an appointment in order to avoid victimization due to the intensity.

Van Metropolitan Municipality aims to ensure that sacrifices are carried out in accordance with religious rules and in a manner sensitive to the environment and public health.
