VASKİ SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION UPDATE

The General Directorate of Van Water and Sewerage Administration (VASKİ) continues its "Subscriber Information Update" efforts, initiated to provide high-quality and uninterrupted service and to fulfill its legal obligations.

As part of the work carried out in coordination between the VASKİ Subscriber Affairs Department and the CBS Branch Directorate of the Information Processing Department, subscriber updates made in the field are simultaneously transferred to the digital environment.

As part of VASKİ's efforts to update subscriber records, citizens will be notified via SMS and contacted by phone when necessary.

 The system securely stores subscribers' Turkish ID numbers, contact details, and contract information. Address digitization processes have also been completed with the aim of improving service quality.

The following statements were made in the announcement by the VASKİ General Directorate:

"As part of our work in central Van and rural neighborhoods, the information of 130,000 subscribers has been updated so far.

 Since our institution was founded, we have determined that our subscribers' contact and contract information needs to be updated. 

We are resolutely continuing our work in order to provide our citizens with faster, more reliable, and more effective services. 

Subscriber information updates will continue until December 31, 2025. Citizens who have not yet updated their information can do so at the VASKİ Subscriber Affairs Department, at any of our district branches, or via the link sent by SMS. 

We thank all our citizens who have contributed to updating their subscription information.

VASKİ expects citizens to contribute to strengthening communication with the institution by providing the necessary support during the update process.
