YOUTH CENTERS PREPARE VAN'S YOUTH FOR THE FUTURE
Van Governor and Acting
Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Ozan Balcı attended the "Mass
Opening of Youth Centers" ceremony. Youth centers constructed by the
Ministry of Youth and Sports, Van Governorship and Van Metropolitan
Municipality were opened in 4 different locations.
The Urartu center in İpekyolu district and the youth centers
in Süphan, Seyrantepe and Erek neighborhoods were opened with a ceremony.
In addition to the Governor and Acting Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality Ozan
Balcı, AK Party Van MPs Kayhan Türkmenoğlu and Burhan Kayatürk, AK Party Van
Provincial Chairman Abdulahat Arvas, representatives of public institutions,
non-governmental organizations, young people and families participated in the
opening ceremony of the youth centers, which offer an environment where young
people will improve themselves in social and academic fields and be intertwined
with art and production.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the centers, Governor
Ozan Balcı touched upon the services provided in many fields in Van in the
recent period. Governor Ozan Balcı stated that they are investing in the future
of Van and said, "These centers will serve the future of our Van,
especially our youth. We are investing in the future of our fellow Van
citizens.
We are doing very good things for young people to realize
their dreams and improve themselves. We are working hard to make their dreams
come true.
I would like to thank those who contributed to the
construction of youth centers."
AK Party Van MP Burhan Kayatürk touched upon the services
provided to Van in his welcoming speech.
After the folk dance performances, the workshops and exhibition in the center were visited.
