6-) How can I access the line, schedule and time information of public transportation and Municipal Buses?
-It can be accessed by visiting https://van.bel.tr and clicking on the “Bus Hours” tab.
-It can be accessed by downloading “Belvankart” from IOS and Android stores, and from the “Line Departure Hours” tab.
7-) What should I do for items forgotten or lost in public transportation?
-An investigation can be started by downloading the "Belvankart" from IOS and Android stores and filling in the required fields from the "Lost and Found" tab.
-By calling the Van Metropolitan Municipality at 4444465 and dialing extension 3061, a record can be opened for the relevant personnel and an investigation can be initiated.

8-) I lost my Belvan Card, what should I do?
-If you apply to whichever of the Personalization Office addresses listed below/closest to you, your problem can be solved by creating a new Belvan Card and transferring the remaining balance in your new card.

9-) I made an online top-up to my Belvan Card but it did not reflect, what should I do?
-Card top-ups made outside working hours (08:00-17:00, weekdays) may remain in the pending balance, it is recommended to top-up during weekday working hours.
-Since weekday online uploads to Belvan Cards are made through the bank, they are reflected within 5-15 minutes rather than instantly.
-Balances that are not reflected in weekday online uploads to Belvan Cards are automatically reflected on your Belvan Card at the first reading of the validator used in public transportation.
-Regarding the balances not reflected in all kinds of uploads made during and outside working hours, by calling the Van Metropolitan Municipality at 4444465 and dialing extension 3061, by writing to the Van Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Whatsapp reporting line at +90530 297 52 52, by calling the Belvan Card Call Center at +90 432 215 65 50. The problem of uploading that is not reflected is resolved by registering the relevant personnel and transferring the information to the relevant technical personnel during working hours (08:00-17:00 on weekdays).
10-) My Belvan Card’s card number is not accepted in online and mobile transactions, what should I do?
-The numbers after - (dash) must be entered in the card number section specified in the Card Number shown on the Belvan Card. If the transaction is carried out in this way, the card number will be accepted.
11-) What are the working hours of the relevant call centers regarding Belvan Card and Transportation?

-The working hours of ASIS personnel, a contractor company that provides services for technical issues related to Belvan Card that cannot be resolved by the Call Center, are only between 08:00 - 18:00 on weekdays.
12-) What is the never-ending Belvan Card, how can I activate it?
-By downloading "Belvankart" from IOS and Android stores, clicking on the Endless/Unlimited Card tab in the application, filling in the necessary fields from the menu that appears and defining the credit card, the predetermined balance can be loaded automatically when the Belvan Card balance falls below a certain limit.
13-) How is the Belvan Card (discounted and/or free) visa process done?
-If your Belvan Card has expired 1 year from the last visa date, a renewal visa is required. Free and discounted Belvan Card holders can have their visas processed through the Personalization Centers listed below according to your nearest location, along with the relevant current documents and ID photocopies, without the need for repeated photographs for visa procedures.
